- The internal refractory structure is constructed from high grade refractory brick. The brickwork is constructed from a interlocking design ensuring strength, integrity and reliability. Along the sides of the incinerator the brick work incorporates our unique “flame-Vent” system which allows the flame to penetrate around the carcass to give more of a efficient burn. Features
- All Addfield Incinerators have the fully weatherproof control panels utilizing easy to use robust “dial” timers to suit specific loads along with the “Vertex VD series Temperature Controllers”. They come from the factory with default settings making it an “on/off” controller but can be user configured to have proportional action “proportional”. It has a single digital display allowing access to all the parameters including the “Process Variable” and “Set Point”.
- Optional Hot water systems are available upon request, ideal for area clean down or heating.
- All of the Addfield Incinerators secondary chambers comply with EU legislation achieving 850oC 2 seconds. Due to our unique refractory systems most of our chambers operate around 900-930°c this helps reduce emissions and odour.
- The main combustion chamber is fully refractory lined using hardwearing, abrasive resistant dense refractory. These main wear chambers have been designed to have user friendly refractory systems that are easily replaceable, thus reducing the need for high reline costs by specialists at later dates. The secondary combustion chamber (afterburner) is fully lined using our low thermal mass refractory, this ensures that the chamber reaches the required 850°c temperature as quickly as possible using the least amount of fuel and easily maintains this temperature during the complete burn cycle.

Installation & Support
- We will manufacture and deliver your incinerator onto your concrete hard standing, size of which will be shown within our pre-delivery handbook.
- Addfield Environmental will provide full operator training along with a fully comprehensive operational and a quick reference guide for spare parts.
- We will provide you a letter showing our pre-delivery requirements to help you.
- You will need to provide and connect 230-volt electricity and your chosen fuel supply.
- We provide full technical sales support and after-sales by telephone and field visits.
- We offer full annual servicing as required, which will include a report on the combustion equipment and refractory linings.
- The Addfield range of incinerators can be installed inside or outside and do not require shelter.
